Our initial meeting includes answering some basic questions about your project. We have provided a form to simplify the process. The more details you provide before (and when) we meet, the faster we can evaluate and suggest a solution.
Yes, we accept credit cards & send online invoices.
Yes, we believe in being transparent and upfront about pricing to ensure clarity and efficiency. You can find the price of VIP DAYS & e-commerce packages on the VIP DAY & services page on this website. We offer custom pricing for complex projects, and provide quotes after the initial consultation.
We reserve the right to choose the projects we work with. If for any reason we are unable to help you, we can suggest another developer who can help. We will not help promote any offensive material or messaging.
We work with established merchants, makers, authors & coaches who value their time and have used contractors before. We collaborate best with entrepreneurs who have an abundance mindset, are decisive and used to having a marketing budget for scaling their business.
We offer free virtual initial web consultations. Please note that the only way to secure a place in my schedule is to sign the contract and pay the initial invoice.
Yes, you can use my scheduler to book a 15 minutes web consultation. It is sometimes best to plan ahead. Please note this does not guarantee a spot in my schedule for your project- see the question above.
Initially, I communicate by email. After the initial virtual consultation, I use my online project management system to send you invoices, forms & collect feedback. When needed, we have remote meetings. I send short videos for answering quick questions. I typically do not use my phone or text to avoid missing important project details.

Closed Saturdays and Sundays & on holidays
Email response time: 48 hours during normal business hours
Meeting days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I usually work on projects in the order they are booked in my schedule. My existing clients and clients on maintenance plans get priority. On rare occasions, I may be able to help on an urgent basis. Emergency help has a 50% surcharge in addition to regular fees and is paid in advance.
Yes, I have a network of preferred partners which ensures we can best serve clients collaboratively. We also refer clients to each other. If you work in a non-competing industry and would like to join my referral program, contact me for details.
