Fight Coffee is low-profit e-commerce organization that is mission driven: they donate all profits to fight human trafficking, as well as raise awareness about this important cause.
This was a new build, and we used our signature process to guide them through the road from vision to reality. There are a lot of elements that need to come together to create an effective e-commerce website:
- powerful branding,
- professional photos,
- copy that is clear and impactful.
- The new hosting account has to be setup, including all the details that make e-commerce logistics work seamlessly together on the front end.
And most importantly, once all the technical requirements are present, the website has to reflect the personality of the brand, to tell its story in a genuine, compelling manner that establishes trust and invites the audience to return and order again and again.
